ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

Drawing up of documents step-by-step

Step 1. Full up and send to the Organizer:
1) Application Form and send by fax +41 (61) 263 14 89. The application deadline for ART MOSCOW expires on December 25, 2008
2) Information about painters and works, which will be represent at your booths (press-releases, leaflets, photos, color slides) – by e-mail or by post
3) Information about your gallery (invitations for the exhibitions, activity description and etc.) - for the galleries, didn’t take part in the ART MOSCOW Fair before

Step 2. Waiting for an Expert Council session. Expert Council evaluating gallery applications for participation and using their expertise to make the final selection. (The sessions are conducted three times a year – at the beginning of the December, beginning of the February, end of the March)

Step 3. In case of the Expert Council positive solution, Organizer inform the Gallery and send the 1st invoice (100% of space + registration fee, electric supply). and materials, necessary for the participation (Exhibitor Manual, exposition plan, booth number)

Step 4. Exhibitor send to the Organizer booth design and list of the additional services, after that Organizer send the additional invoice

Step 5. After 100% payment of all invoices, gallery receives the «Exhibitor package» (badges, invitations, program, and etc.)

Exclusion of exhibitors
The Expert Council can recommend exclusion of potential exhibitors in the following cases:
- the proposed exhibit does not conform to professional standards maintained by the Fair;
- an exhibit shown by the applicant at a previous ART MOSCOW Fair differed from that described in the initial application;
- the participant did not follow recommendations by the jury of Independent Experts;
- if works were sold without proof of origin or an erroneous or incomplete description was given;
- if the exhibit proposed by an applicant was not in accordance with the gallery programme.
The Expert Council is entitled to take the final decision if the number of applicants exceeds the exhibition capacities of the Fair.
