Terms & Conditions

Only permanently operating galleries concentrating on 21 century (basically) and end of 20 century art could apply the Art Moscow. Applying gallery have existed for more than three years and provide an exhibition space regularly open to the public are admitted to the Fair. Managing the regularly working gallery should be the owner’s primary occupation.

After sending to the organizers all necessary materials the gallery should be recommended for admitted to the Fair by the International Expert Council which is responsible conformity to professional standards.

The Expert Council is authorized to:
- specify the strategy and policies of the Fair 
- select the galleries participating in the Fair 
- decide if any candidate’s application must be declined
